Our Mission
This Dalmatian Rescue site in Victoria has been set up as a private rescue site for Dalmatians who are in need of a new home/rehousing, including DEAF Dalmatians.
The operators who run this site are members of: DOGS Victoria (formerly Victorian Canine Association (VCA)) (www.dogsvictoria.org.au), have been and/or are currently members of Dogs Vic.incorporated: - Obedience Clubs, All Breeds Clubs and Breed Specific Clubs.

Lily
Lily was born July 2011 and she is deaf. Lily has had her first C5 Vaccinations, been desexed and Microchipped (982 000153744653).
She loves company and would suit someone who works from home. S
he is great friends with our two cats, our silky terrier and Labrador and my sisters German Shepherd. She makes friends with dogs easily and is always keen to say hello at the beach. She loves playing games and pats from children.
Lily dislikes being away from humans and therefore she needs to sleep close to, if not inside the house. She is curious and adventurous and is easily led astray by our Siamese cat. She has been taught to sit and drop with sign language and we are in the process of teaching call backs. If she sees you however she will come bounding happily over.
Due to Lily's deafness it is not advisable that she be allowed to wander near roads.
She loves swimming at the beach but will not go in unless she has another dog or someone to follow. She loves chicken and her daily bone which will entertain her for hours. She is a very affectionate dog and will happy sit herself in your lap if you are sitting on the ground.
She would make a fantastic family pet or companion. Lily is located in Queensland however transportation can be arranged.
